由濟(jì)南防水公司得出結(jié)論認(rèn)為漏水原因主要有以下幾點(diǎn)：
 
1.屋面卷材防水施工存在缺陷，卷材在伸縮縫翻邊位置搭接，搭接位置不當(dāng)；

2.設(shè)計(jì)原因伸縮縫翻邊二次澆注，混凝土接縫處容易滲水；
